  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 oz whole pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) au jus gravy mix
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Rub the chuck roast generously with ranch seasoning on all sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix au jus gravy with 1 cup of water until dissolved.
  4. Place the seasoned roast in an aluminum pan or directly on the grill grates. Pour pepperoncini peppers over the top, followed by the au jus mixture.
  5. Close the grill lid and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until fork-tender.
  6. Remove from grill, let rest for 15 minutes, then shred with two forks.
