  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Red peppers, courgette, and red onions for skewering

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and dried thyme. Add chicken and mix well.
  3. Stir in olive oil and lemon juice until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  6. Assemble kebabs on soaked skewers alternating chicken and vegetables.
