  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 10 strips turkey bacon
  • Barbecue sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded brisket, cream cheese, and jalapeños until well mixed.
  3. Take about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place it at one end of a turkey bacon strip. Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick, if needed.
