  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by rinsing shrimp and clams under cold water. Mince the garlic.
  2. Cook linguine in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes (with juices), season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
